Roads need adopting, Streams and Neighborhoods need cleaning, Graffiti needs covering, Trees need planting, we need to recycle and . . . YOU CAN HELP – GET INVOLVED!

HOW YOU CAN JOIN US:
In addition to the individual actions you can take every day to improve your neighborhood and community, we frequently have opportunities for volunteers to come together for community-wide events. If you would like to begin making a difference in Macon and Bibb County, please provide your information and we will reach out to you with upcoming opportunities to GET INVOLVED.

I, in consideration of my participation in cleanup projects, hereby agree for myself and my heirs, assigns and legal representatives, to indemnify and defend and hold Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful Commission and each of their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and all other persons officially connected to the cleanup projects (the “Indemnitees”) harmless from liability for any and all claims and causes of action of any nature for any and all personal injury, including death, and for all damage to or loss of personal property which might occur while I participate in a cleanup project. I waive any and all claims or causes of action which I may now or hereafter have against all Indemnitees which may at any time arise as a result of participating in cleanup projects. I further expressly understand and agree that the foregoing indemnity, release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Georgia and that any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, remain in full force and effect. Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who must also fill out the registration form.

I understand that my participation in cleanup projects is strictly voluntary and I freely choose to participate and assume any and all risks associated with my participation. I understand that none of the named Indemnitees provides medical coverage for me and I verify that I will be responsible for any medical costs I incur as a result of my participation in cleanup projects.
